Enable a webhook endpoint
webhook.endpoint.enable
Resumes delivery for a disabled endpoint with its existing URL, event set, and signing secret. Subscribed events from the paused window that are at most seven days old are delivered automatically; use webhook.endpoint.recover for anything older.
